01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and PH711 ("ph711," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph711.best. By accessing or using the ph711 website, mobile interface, or any associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

03 Account Registration
Each player may hold only one active account on ph711. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your name or using the identity of another person — is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during the registration process. ph711 is not responsible for losses or issues arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph711 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone — not even family members or friends. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is considered your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact ph711 customer support immediately via live chat or email. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily freezing your account to prevent further unauthorised transactions.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
ph711 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card), a selfie with your ID, and proof of address. Verification requests will be communicated via your registered email address. Unverified accounts may have limited access to deposit, withdrawal, and bonus features.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ph711 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The platform supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard.
4.1 Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. There is no upper limit on deposits, though ph711 may request documentation for large transactions as part of AML compliance.

- ph711 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
- Bonus winnings subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
05 Bonuses and Promotions

The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified:
- Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is stated on each bonus offer and must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.

- Attempting to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
- ph711 may place maximum bet restrictions on bonus funds. Placing bets above the stated limit while bonus funds are active may void the bonus entirely.
Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied or withheld should contact ph711 support within 7 days of the issue arising. We'll review it and resolve it properly — we're not in the business of hiding what players have earned.
06 Gameplay and Fair Play
ph711 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All games on the platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or live-feed mechanisms that ensure outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by ph711 or any third party.
Game results displayed on ph711 are final once a round has concluded and the result confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical error or server interruption during a game round, ph711 will apply the following resolution policy: if the outcome cannot be determined, all bets for that round will be voided and returned to players' wallets in full. This is not negotiable and applies to all game categories including Sabong, Pusoy, Color Game, Roulette, Virtual Sports, and MMA Betting.
6.1 Disconnection During Play
If your internet connection drops during a game session, ph711's platform will attempt to reconnect automatically. For live games, your bet remains active during a brief disconnection window. ph711 is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures on your end — this includes mobile data interruptions or power outages. We recommend playing on a stable connection to avoid disruptions.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on ph711 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

08 Intellectual Property
All content on the ph711 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game designs, software, text, and interface elements — is the intellectual property of ph711 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any ph711 content without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use of ph711's intellectual property may result in legal action.
09 Limitation of Liability
ph711 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, we cannot guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph711 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, network issues, or events beyond our control (such as force majeure events).

11 Account Termination

Players whose accounts are closed for cause forfeit any remaining bonus balances.
12 Amendments to These Terms
